A reminder to all senior students and their parents that students entering the 12th grade must have both doses of the Meningococcal vaccine. The Center for Disease Control also recommends that teenagers start and complete the vaccine series for human papillomavirus (HPV). All required immunizations must be completed on or before September 25th to prevent your child from being excluded from school.
To assist with this, on Thursday, September 12, the Morrow County Health Department, in conjunction with Mount Gilead High School, will be conducting an Immunization Clinic to be held at the middle school office clinic. Hours for the clinic will be 10:00am - 12:00pm. Registration paperwork which may be picked up in the high school office, must be completed prior to receiving innoculations.
In addition, the Morrow County Health Department Immunization Clinic is also open on Tuesdays by appointment 9:30am - 11:30am and 1:30pm - 4:30pm.
